Sponsorship
The chapter is a ready-made, pre-filtered audience of project managers. Here is what a company gets for standing behind it.
The audience, in numbers
This is not a general audience. These are the people who run the projects and who largely decide what their company buys and who it hires.

Bracketed values are facts the board has not supplied yet. They are left visible on purpose.
Why a company sponsors a chapter
Recruiting
A chapter is a pre-filtered list of certified, experienced project managers. A year of sponsorship costs less than an agency fee on a single placement.
Selling to project managers
If you sell tooling, training, PMO consultancy or system implementations, your buyer is exactly this audience — in one room, several times a year.
Employer brand
A company that sends ten people to the conference and has its logo on the wall is signalling inward, to its own team, as much as outward.
Credibility
Association with the international profession and the standards it works to — with one limit, which we state plainly below: sponsorship is not endorsement.
Available
Become a founding partner
The first partner takes the most prominent place — and a title nobody else can ever have.
The chapter has no sponsors at the moment. Which is exactly why the first place is still open.
Packages
Annual packages and single events. The annual package works out cheaper per event; the single event is the way to try it without committing to a year.

[PRICE]
A proposed structure, modelled on what other chapters run. The board sets the packages and the prices.
Prices are set by the board and will be published here. Until then they stay bracketed — deliberately.

The rules, stated plainly
- Sponsorship is not endorsement
- Neither the chapter nor PMI endorses a sponsor’s product or service. Sponsorship supports the profession; it is not a verdict on what you sell.
- The member list is never shared
- We do not sell it, rent it or forward it. A sponsor gets an audience in a room, not a database.
- Material is about the company, not a product
- Sponsor material represents the business generally. It is not used to promote specific products or non-PMI events.
- PMI trademark rules apply
- Approved logo only, carrying the ™ symbol, hyperlinked to the chapter home page.
